Shepherd’s Ministry
The Shepherd’s
Ministry is part of the larger care and communication network of Peace.
Shepherds are the eyes, ears and hands of Christ, ministering under the
direction of our pastors and elders.
Each shepherd has their own unique ministry under the Lord’s guidance. They
develop a caring relationship with their assigned families encouraging them
to grow in the Peace body. Examples of caring activities may include meeting
for Coffee Sip, an invitation to attend a special event at Peace or
recognizing special occasions for family members with a card.
Shepherds have contact information for the elders and encourage those with
needs to call their elder. Shepherds also directly communicate the needs of
their flock to the pastors and elders.
We invite you to visit a Shepherds Gathering held quarterly to see what the
ministry is about. We will meet for sharing, encouragement and coffee. Do
join us!
