Our purpose is to Care for people in witness, service and mission; Connect people to Christ, with God’s Word, Bible Study, and Small Groups; and Celebrate God’s love, with Spiritual Growth, Worship and Praise!


We observe our rich Christian heritage with traditional liturgical worship, and our “Journey” blended worship. Whatever style worship you attend, you will find exciting music, relevant messages, and most importantly, the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ.

On a local level we sponsor and participate in numerous mission and service projects. We also have a vibrant global mission focus within our own congregation and through world wide participation and partnership in the English District of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.

We are mission minded! Peace strives to get involved in mission opportunities for all ages. Some of these mission "trips" are local as we serve our community in food pantries, clothing banks and meal programs. Other mission trips have taken us from China to Mexico, from Guatemala to Sri Lanka and from Africa to Kyrgyzstan.

GOD'S LOVE

With the worship of our Lord Jesus Christ as the focus of our existence, Peace is blessed with gifted musicians. David Beyer is our Music Director and highly accomplished organist as well as our handbell conductor. Our Chancel Choir is directed by Tom Halverson. Journey, our contemporary praise band and praise chorus, continues to offer the latest Christian music for worship.
